Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing or implementing manufacturing processes for electromechanical products or assemblies.
• Experience creating and maintaining engineering documentation, including procedures, process risk assessments, or validation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes for complex electromechanical assemblies to support product transfer and production readiness.
• Develop, refine, and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, risk assessments, work instructions, and validation protocols.
• Execute process development, qualification, and validation activities ensuring QMS compliance.
• Analyze manufacturing performance data, apply statistical tools, and implement process improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, regulatory, clinical, marketing, and PM teams to support new product intro, process setup, and scale-up.
