Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing or implementing manufacturing processes for electromechanical products.
• Experience creating engineering documentation (SOPs, risk assessments, validation).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes for complex electromechanical assemblies to support product transfer and production readiness.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, process risk assessments, and validation protocols.
• Execute process development, qualification, and validation activities in a regulated environment.
• Analyze manufacturing performance data and apply statistical/engineering tools to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, regulatory, clinical, marketing, and project management teams.
