Qualifications

• Experience with computer systems, PCs, and networking is required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site servicing, installation, and repair of complex electromechanical equipment.
• Diagnose failures in mechanical, hardware, software and systems; implement repairs to minimize downtime.
• Support customer needs, address escalated issues, and prepare reports analyzing failures.
• Assist with on-site training of less experienced technicians and coordinate with teams.
