G+D is seeking a Level III Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair complex electromechanical equipment on-site for customers in the Dallas area. You will diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems issues, perform repairs to minimize downtime, and generate reports analyzing product failure trends.

The role requires four years of relevant field service experience, an associate/trade certificate preferred, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electromechanical equipment is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hardware, software and systems.
• Proficiency with PCs, laptops and networking concepts.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with customers and teams.
• Ability to use a laptop/tablet for diagnostic tasks and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Respond to service calls, perform on-site maintenance and repair.
• Diagnose failures in electromechanical equipment and implement effective fixes.
• Minimize downtime and prepare reports analyzing product failure trends.
• Assist with on-site training of less experienced technicians.
• Maintain records, inventory, and tools; ensure proper documentation.
