Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Electromechanical Engineer for the AES team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will own full product lifecycles, lead the integration of power, control, and harness subsystems, and design rugged hardware for extreme conditions.

You will collaborate with electrical, software, and mechanical engineers to validate complex electromechanical systems, travel for field exercises, and ensure production readiness from concept to manufacturing.

Qualifications

7+ years in electromechanical integration, hardware design, or systems engineering.
Proven ability to integrate electrical components into rugged mechanical assemblies.
Experience with cabling design and harness integration for extreme/military-grade use cases.
First-principles thinking across thermal, structural, materials, power distribution, and signal integrity.
Proficient in CAD and producing manufacturing-ready engineering drawings.
BS, MS, MEng or PhD in engineering.
U.S. Person for access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
Onsite at headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities
