Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years electromechanical assembly experience.
• Soldering experience is required.
• IPC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to procedures and instructions.
• Maintain accurate records for product assembly.
• Keep workstation organized and compliant with Lumencor standards.
• Perform in-process tests, rework, and quality measurements.
• Adhere to clean room, safety, and ESD policies and procedures.
• Provide training to Manufacturing staff as directed by Manufacturing Manager.
