Job summary

Lumencor, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our Beaverton, Oregon team. You will assemble electromechanical and optical products, perform in-process testing, maintain clean room and ESD standards, and contribute to quality throughout manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma with 5 years of assembly experience, soldering skills, and familiarity with FileMaker Pro and MS Office. IPC certification is preferred, with strong record-keeping and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years experience in electromechanical assembly.
• IPC Certification is preferred; soldering experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret procedural documents and assemble products according to instructions.
• Accurate record keeping associated with product assembly.
• Maintain organized workstation in compliance with Lumencor standards.
• Perform in-process test, rework, and quality measurements.
• Adhere to clean room, safety, and ESD policies and procedures.
• Provide training to Manufacturing staff as directed by Manufacturing Manager.
