The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in manufacturing assembly, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to contribute to process improvements and documentation updates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical proficiency in assembling electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical sub-assemblies.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in manual tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Build optical and mechanical sub-assemblies independently.
• Train and mentor other assemblers on build and process techniques.
• Collaborate with Engineering to prototype products and identify process improvements.
• Redline bills of materials and methods to update documentation.
• Perform analysis and repair on returned or rejected assemblies.
• Execute assembly tasks using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Follow product methods for component installation, wiring, soldering, harnessing, and packaging.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and adhere to procedures.
