Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space’s Optical Talent Center (OTC) in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking an Electro‑Optical Engineer, Staff, to lead end-to-end system integration and ensure verifications align with mission requirements.

You will examine schematics, oversee testing, and support optical payload builds across the program lifecycle, applying your experience with laser, infrared, and electronic design to deliver space-qualified solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Final Top Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Experience with box qual testing.
• Proficient in schematic design tools (Altium, Xpedition, Cadence, CAD, Zuken, PSpice).
• Develop and review system-level block diagrams and interconnect documentation.
• Experience with CCA Worst Case Analysis and stress analysis to ensure design reliability under extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end integration of a system.
