Lockheed Martin Space’s Optical Talent Center (OTC) in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking an Electro‑Optical Engineer, Staff, to lead end-to-end system integration and ensure verifications align with mission requirements.
You will examine schematics, oversee testing, and support optical payload builds across the program lifecycle, applying your experience with laser, infrared, and electronic design to deliver space-qualified solutions.

As an Electro‑Optical Engineer, Staff you will focus on Electrical Compatibility Analysis, Requirement Verification, Flex Cable design and act as a box test lead for SMD NGI.
Conducts research and plans development and design of gas and solid state lasers, masers, infrared, and other light emitting and light sensitive devices. Designs electronic circuitry and optical components with specific characteristics to fit within specified mechanical limits and to perform according to specifications. May conduct application analysis to determine commercial, industrial, scientific, medical, military or other use for electro‑optical devices.

Full‑Time Salary Range: $150800.00 - $280000.00
