The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, onsite work, and offers a compensation range of $150,000 to $190,000 depending on experience, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge defense technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electro-optical experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or related field.
• Experience with high power laser systems and optical coatings is a plus.
• Ability to problem-solve and work across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, Development, Integration, and Test for HEL Weapon System and/or HEL Beam Control System.
• Hardware integration and test; data processing and performance/test documentation.
• Develop test setups to evaluate performance parameters.
• Work with team to execute complex integration activities.
• Support field tests.
