Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician III/IV to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize industrial production equipment.

This hands-on role requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with high-voltage systems up to 480V three-phase. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, read schematics and P&IDs, and document activities in CMMS.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Associate degree or equivalent hands-on training in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience with AC/DC motors, motor controls, VFDs, and 480V three-phase systems.
Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and ladder logic reading.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes with minimal supervision.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems and control wiring up to 480V three-phase.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment.
Document maintenance activities using CMMS.
Follow OSHA safety procedures including LOTO and NFPA 70E.
