Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician to keep our production facility running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical issues, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

18+ years of age requirement.
Associate degree or technical diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems including 480V three-phase.
Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and reading ladder logic.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems with minimal supervision.
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC logic; maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V three-phase.
Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery to maximize reliability.
Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, and boiler systems; service pumps, valves, cylinders, and belts.
Document maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS; follow safety policies and LOTO procedures.
