Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inspector to perform component insertion and solder/workmanship inspections on PCBs and subassemblies at our U.S. facility.

The role focuses on inspecting harnesses, buzz-out tests, conformal coating, and data entry for revision status in coordination with multiple departments. The ideal candidate has IPC standards experience, thorough reading of engineering drawings, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Familiar with IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, IPC J-STD-001 and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Requires thorough knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, procedures and their interpretation.
• Must meet the requirements of the company training program.

Responsibilities

• Component insertion inspection.
• Solder/workmanship inspection on PCBs, multi-wire boards, subassemblies and small chassis.
• Harness and cable inspection.
• Point-to-point buzz out of wired assemblies and end item spare harnesses.
• Conformal coating inspection.
• Configuration management data entry and revision status tracking.
