Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent, plus 1 year PCB/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination; comfortable using a microscope.

Responsibilities

• Follow department work instructions and adhere to customer and industry standards for PCB workmanship.
• Visually inspect PCB per blueprint and perform operations per traveler instructions.
• Identify and disposition defective items for rework or scrap.
• Move completed product to final inspection and complete required documentation.
