Qualifications

• 5+ years of electro-mechanical engineering experience.

• Experience integrating sensors and embedded control.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and collaborate with PCB/firmware teams.
• Experience with robotics, automation, or autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electro-mechanical systems for a robotic cabinet platform.
• Select and integrate motors, actuators, sensors, and drivers.
• Ensure compatibility of motors, sensors, drivers, and power components.
• Collaborate with PCB and firmware engineers on interfaces.
• Develop CAD assemblies with manufacturability emphasis.
• Create brackets, mounts, and molded parts as needed.
• Build and test prototypes; troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Generate drawings, BOMs, procedures, and design specs.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers for builds.
