Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Product Design Engineer with mid-level development experience in the connector industry to join the team in Gilbert, AZ. The role focuses on design, BOM management, and coordinating with multiple departments for new product development.

Required 7+ years in electro-mechanical connector design, Creo experience, and strong GD&T knowledge. Occasional travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years’ experience in Electro-Mechanical product design in connectors.
• CREO Parametric 3D Modeling/Documentation experience.
• ASME Y14.5 Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• General engineering product setup, design and management.
• Engineering BOM creation and documentation updates.
• Design of new components and assemblies.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product Management and Operations for new product development.
• Represent Product Engineering in cross-functional teams.
• Provide testing support in the Product Evaluation Lab.
• Collaborate with Field Application Engineering.
