Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Assembler Level 3 to support electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations at East Setauket, NY. The role involves wiring, soldering, cable harness work, reading blueprints, and following specifications under a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in assembly or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, drawings, or technical instructions.
• Experience with hand tools, wiring, soldering, and cable harnesses.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly on assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Follow established methods, work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and production specifications.
• Perform wiring and component installation on assembly units.
• Complete hand soldering as required.
• Assemble and work with cables and cable harnesses.
• Set up and adjust equipment or components while maintaining required blueprint tolerances.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly-related issues.
• Use judgment to resolve routine production problems and make recommendations when needed.
• Work independently with minimal daily supervision.
• Communicate with team members and internal customers regarding production, quality, and assembly requirements.
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
