Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assembler Level 3to support electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience assembling components, reading blueprints or technical instructions, wiring, soldering, and working with cable harnesses.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related assembly or manufacturing experience and be comfortable working independently on moderately complex assignments while maintaining quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly on assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Follow established methods, work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and production specifications.
- Perform wiring and component installation on assembly units.
- Complete hand soldering as required.
- Assemble and work with cables and cable harnesses.
- Set up and adjust equipment or components while maintaining required blueprint tolerances.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly-related issues.
- Use judgment to resolve routine production problems and make recommendations when needed.
- Work independently with minimal daily supervision.
- Communicate with team members and internal customers regarding production, quality, and assembly requirements.
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related assembly, manufacturing, electronic assembly, or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Experience working with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.
- Experience with wiring, cable harnessing, component installation, and/or soldering.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established tolerances and specifications.
- Ability to complete moderately complex assignments with limited supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.
