Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related manufacturing training helpful.
• Typically 4–6 years of prior assembly experience preferred in electrical or mechanical areas.
• Understanding of electronics and ESD practices; soldering skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow specific and highly detailed work instructions.
• Proficiency in multiple electro-mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Operate and troubleshoot systems; use torque tools and hand tools.
• Identify and correct issues in systems and perform quality inspections.
• Assist in training others and participate in continuous improvement.
