Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent plus related experience.
• Optical mechanical assembly preferred.
• English reading and writing skills; ability to follow written directions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocol and guidelines.
• Read, interpret, and follow detailed work instructions.
• Operate torque tools, electric drivers, hand tools and specialized optical equipment.
• Perform quality inspections and recognize workmanship defects.
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow lean manufacturing standards.
