Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking an Assembler III, Electro-mechanical to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in New Hampshire.

You will perform mechanical and electrical assembly, read detailed work instructions, and collaborate with engineers and production staff to deliver quality hardware. The role requires 4–6 years in assembly, strong attention to detail, soldering ability, and proficiency with torque tools and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–6 years of assembly experience preferred.
• Electrical or mechanical assembly experience; ESD knowledge.
• Ability to solder; certification preferred.
• Proficient with torque tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow detailed work instructions and suggest clarifications for improvement.
• Proficiency in multiple electro-mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Operate and troubleshoot systems; use torque tools, electric drivers, hand tools, and dispensers.
• Identify and correct issues; perform quality inspections and spot defects.
• Assist in training others and participate in Continuous Improvement efforts.
• May work in other areas and overtime may be required.
