Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, product groups, and leadership to define and execute electrification projects that meet business and customer objectives.
• Lead development and integration activities for battery, charging, high-voltage, and electric drive systems across machine platforms.
• Deliver timely, high-quality engineering solutions and technical recommendations for new product introduction and validation.
• Partner with design, manufacturing, supply chain, software, controls, and test teams to develop and deploy electrified products.
• Support technical issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement across development and production programs.
• Stay current on emerging electrification technologies and apply best practices to improve product performance and customer value.
