Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience with electrical systems.
• Preferred: journeyman or NCCER license.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace defective parts in electrical fixtures.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative repair and maintenance of field, plant, and shop electrical systems.
• Install enhancements and major upgrades to plant electrical subsystems.
• Follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Test electrical circuits for operability.
• Install components to architectural and code specs.
• Test wiring with volt/ohmmeters and oscilloscopes.
• Perform related duties for efficient operations.
