Job summary

Senra Systems in Cypress, CA is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to build and lead a world-class test organization. You will establish standards, mentor Test Specialists, and drive scalable test processes that ensure high yield and robust validation of every electrical assembly.

You will serve as the highest-level technical authority for electrical test, review test programs and fixtures, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, and Program Management to remove

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in electrical test/manufacturing
• 2+ years leading manufacturing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals (continuity, resistance, insulation, hipot, Ohm's Law)
• Experience developing automated electrical test programs and fixtures
• Experience with automated wire harness test systems (Cirris preferred)
• Root cause analysis and failure investigations
• Ability to read wire lists, schematics, connector drawings

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Test Engineering organization
• Set priorities and allocate resources across programs
• Hire, onboard, and manage performance of the test team
• Establish department standards and development plans
• Review and approve test programs, fixtures, and validation
• Develop standards for test programming and documentation
• Partner with Manufacturing Eng to improve testability
• Ensure testing complies with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and AS9100
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of test equipment
