Job summary

Senra Systems seeks a Senior Test Engineer to be the technical authority for electrical test across the factory. You will define standards, review test programs, and drive improvements in test throughput and reliability.

You will mentor Test Specialists, own end-of-line and in-process testing, and ensure traceability between data, revisions, serials, and engineering docs. This role is onsite in Redondo Beach, CA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in electrical test or related manufacturing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals incl. hipot and Ohm's Law.
• Experience developing automated electrical test programs and fixtures.
• Experience with Cirris wire harness test equipment.
• Experience in aerospace/defense documentation and tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical leadership for electrical test across Senra Systems.
• Review and approve test programs; establish standards and best practices.
• Lead investigations for complex failures and first-build challenges.
• Own end-of-line and in-process electrical testing with repeatable workflows.
• Mentor Test Specialists and develop the test organization.
