Job summary

ALSO. is seeking a Staff Electrical Test Engineer to lead electrical verification and validation for multiple micro-mobility platforms. You will strategize, design, and execute comprehensive validation plans, and build automated test benches for PCBA and module testing.

You will work with hardware design teams, silicon vendors, and external labs to ensure test coverage and reliability across environmental conditions, with a focus on high-quality, scalable validation processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in EE module design verification and validation from prototype to production.
• Experience characterizing complex electronic systems and hardware debugging.
• Knowledge of analog, digital, and power electronics; RF knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop EE module validation plans and DVRs.
• Translate requirements into test strategies and coverage plans.
• Design and build automated benchtop test setups for PCBAs and modules.
• Collaborate with hardware design engineers, silicon vendors, and external labs to align on validation criteria.
• Lead data logging, statistical analysis, and RCCA reports for validation and field issues.
