Job summary

ALSO in Silicon Valley seeks a Staff Electrical Test Engineer for Manufacturing to lead test strategies for EE modules across micromobility platforms. You will translate design concepts into robust test plans and collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and internal teams to enable reliable production.

You bring 5+ years of hands-on testing in factory settings, expertise in analog/digital/power electronics, RF methods, and proficiency with Python, LabVIEW, and C/C++.

Qualifications

• 5+ years planning and executing robust EE module test programs in factory environments with automation.
• Delivering electronics solutions from concept to mass production with a passion for innovation.
• Knowledge of analog, digital, power electronics and RF test methods.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and programming (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C/C++).
• Experience with PCB debugging, soldering/rework, and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute EE module test procedures, equipment and data collection for effective production launches.
• Develop test strategies from electrical design requirements and plan coverage.
• Specify, develop, and validate automated and manual test systems for PCBA, modules, and end products.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Contract Manufacturers and internal teams to align on test requirements.
• Support development of test fixtures, jigs and interfaces for repeatable measurements.
• Provide hands-on support for production test lines and root-cause analysis of failures.
• Drive continuous improvement in test yield, cycle time and cost efficiency.
• Develop test procedures, work instructions and operator training materials.
• Partner with design engineering to influence testability in early product design stages.
• Implement data collection and statistical analysis to monitor process capability and product reliability.
