Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineering Technician in I&R to design, prototype, build, troubleshoot, and repair advanced electro-mechanical systems for engineering lab testing.

The role supports design engineers in developing concept and prototype assemblies bridging to finished medical devices. Responsibilities include assembling components to specifications, generating detailed test procedures, and performing root-cause analysis with data tools.

Qualifications

• Assemble components to specifications using specialized hand tools, measuring equipment, microscopes, ensuring proper fit within guidelines.
• Generate and perform Detailed Electrical Test Procedures and document results.
• Determine Root Cause Analysis using data analysis tools.
• Assist with various aspects of Engineering Product Development as assigned.
• Performs or initiates cleaning or calibration of lab equipment per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components to specifications using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Generate and perform detailed electrical test procedures and document results.
• Determine root cause analysis using data analysis tools.
• Support engineering product development as assigned in R&D activities.
• Calibrate and clean lab equipment per preventive maintenance schedules.
