Electrical Engineering Technician - I&R to design, prototype, assemble, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical systems used in engineering lab testing and in support of design engineers developing prototype assemblies for medical devices. You will perform R&D and Verification and Validation builds, assemble components to specifications with precision, document test results, conduct root cause analyses, and participate in product development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in medical device or related field.
• Experience with engineering specification documentation and conventions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work on R&D, Verification and Validation builds requiring sound judgment and collaboration.
• Assemble components to specifications using hand tools, measuring equipment, and microscopes.
• Generate and perform detailed electrical test procedures and document results.
• Complete complex tasks and assignments in creative and effective ways.
• Determine root cause analysis using data analysis and other tools.
• Assist with various aspects of Engineering Product Development as assigned.
• Maintain lab equipment and calibration schedules as directed.
