Job summary

Charm Industrial in Fort Lupton, CO is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to maintain and repair our industrial automation systems. You will work closely with production teams to keep controls and electrical equipment running reliably in a fast-paced startup setting.

You bring 3–5 years in E&I or controls, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to interpret schematics and PLC programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an E&I, I&C, or controls technician role.
• Strong electrical safety mindset.
• Hands-on field work in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of industrial wiring standards.
• Experience debugging control systems from 24V to 480V.
• Ability to read PLC ladder logic and structured text.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial automation equipment.
• Install, commission, decommission, calibrate sensors, motors, valves.
• Build, install and wire electrical control cabinets with engineering support.
• Perform planned maintenance on electrical equipment.
