Job summary

Charm Industrial is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to join our Fort Lupton team. You will support production by maintaining industrial automation systems from an electrical and controls perspective, working hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, installing and wiring control cabinets, and performing planned maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in an E&I, I&C, Controls technician or similar role.
• Strong electrical safety mindset and hands-on field work.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret wiring standards.
• Experience with 24V–480V control systems and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial automation equipment.
• Install, commission, calibrate and troubleshoot sensors, motors, valves and other industrial equipment.
• Build, install and wire electrical control cabinets with Engineering support.
• Perform planned maintenance tasks on electrical equipment.
