ConcordRENTS is seeking a licensed Electrical Contractor to support our Florida multifamily communities. You will install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, test equipment, and ensure safety and code compliance across properties.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of relevant experience, Florida EC certification, a CDL, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role offers competitive pay commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant electrical experience.
• Florida Electrical Contractor EC certification is required.
• Florida CDL is required.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity.

Responsabilités

• Performs installation, repair, alteration and maintenance of complex electrical equipment across multiple properties.
• Analyzes and troubleshoots electrical problems and tests for proper operation and safety.
• Performs preventive maintenance on electrical equipment per manufacturers' recommendations and safety programs.
• Ensures compliance with codes, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintains records and logs of work performed and equipment used.
• Mentors and trains maintenance team members on electrical repairs and safety procedures.
