Job summary

Stellantis Auburn, AL is seeking an Electrical/Electronic Development Lab Technician to support development and validation of electrical and powertrain systems for Stellantis vehicle lines. You will fabricate or modify wiring harnesses for prototype vehicles and test high voltage batteries and subsystems, working with Engineers to resolve design and manufacturing issues.

This hands-on role requires basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in electronics or equivalent field.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and measurement equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate or modify wiring harnesses for prototype vehicles.
• Functionally test high voltage batteries for electric vehicles.
• Test vehicles, systems and subsystems for performance and conformance to specs.
• Work with Engineers to resolve design/manufacturing issues.
• Fabricate custom interface equipment and support conformance testing of electrical components.
