Job summary

CrossFire Group seeks an experienced Electrical Systems & Software Quality Engineer to ensure high-quality software, embedded systems, and electrical components throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, product development, and quality teams to drive robust quality processes and verify system performance.

The ideal candidate combines software quality assurance expertise with knowledge of electrical systems and automotive or complex product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years (or 6+ with MS, 3+ with PhD) of relevant experience in software/electrical quality assurance.
• Experience testing software, embedded systems, or electrical/electronic systems.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Experience with defect tracking, issue management, and test management tools.
• Understanding of quality methodologies, risk management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and validation for software, embedded systems, and electrical functionality.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and production environment testing across platforms.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects with actionable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with software, electrical, product, manufacturing and quality teams for launches.
• Support SDLC adherence and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
