Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years in software requirements or systems engineering.
- Experience with requirements management tools like IBM DOORS Next Gen or IBM Jazz.
- Proven ability to derive, document, and maintain software requirements across lifecycles.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and external partners in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with MBSE and Cameo Systems Modeler preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, management, and traceability of software requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance.
- Establish best practices for requirements generation and traceability.
- Support requirement models and system architectures across programs.
- Participate in reviews, change management, and verification activities.
- Interface with suppliers and customers to communicate requirements.
