Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in A/C Refrigeration in hospital or related environment.
• Experience applying comprehensive range of principles, concepts, and practices concerning mechanical equipment, facility and service operations.
• Strong experience with CMMS and BAS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical service and supervision for facilities and equipment.
• Lead preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and testing campus-wide.
• Review designs and oversee proposed facility modifications, additions, and expansions.
• Act as liaison with departmental teams and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Train and guide team members and address escalations.
