Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Engineering with 6–8+ years focused on design, analysis and modification of industrial systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and adjust priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and leadership capability.
• Experience with electrical testing of plant equipment and coordination with various teams.
• PE preferred or capable of pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform System Condition Assessments to identify deficiencies and drive corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain effective communication among internal and external organizations.
• Review System Descriptions, P&IDs, and design basis documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis of component failures and outages.
• Provide engineering support to Steam Generating Stations and outages.
• Participate in project planning, outages, and construction processes.
• Generate or review acceptance test plans and oversee testing/commissioning.
• Interface with equipment/service providers inside and outside the Company.
• Produce detailed reports and presentations for capital planning and management.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
