Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a technical leader for the Electrical Systems and CDH Subsystem. You will design and architect avionics, manage data flows, store and transmit data, and coordinate with PM, CE, LSE, EPS, I&T, and SME teams across programs.

Ideal candidates have strong Electrical Engineering background, experience with flight hardware, and ability to lead customer-facing activities, risk mitigation, and schedule management throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience (3+ years with MS, or PhD).
• Active TS clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement analysis and decomposition into hardware/software specs.
• Oversee CDH electrical-system elements throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Lead cost and scheduling development for CDH subsystem on major programs.
• Develop and verify electrical interfaces and schematics for flight vehicle.
