Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a senior Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily electrical activities across a 24/7 plant environment. You will plan, prioritize, and direct work for electricians and supervisors, while coordinating with operations, engineering, and maintenance to support repairs and capital projects.

The role requires strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and troubleshooting, with a proven leadership and communication track record.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience with leadership or supervisory responsibility, or engineering degree with less experience
  • Strong knowledge of high-voltage distribution, MCCs, motor maintenance, VFDs, transformers, grounding systems
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical, automation, and control systems including PLCs and 24V/120V control circuits
  • Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills with ability to coordinate work across departments and develop teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems; SAP, SCADA, robotics, or industrial automation experience is a plus

What Are We Looking For

This role operates in a heavy industrial setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment. Work may include time both in the field and in an office environment, with occasional extended hours as needed to support operations.
