Job summary

Msr-Fsr, Llc seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical field activities within a semiconductor fabrication environment. The role focuses on QC inspection, documentation, and ensuring electrical installations meet design specifications and safety standards.

The position requires substantial experience on large-scale construction projects, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including foremen, engineers, and owner representatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years verifiable electrical experience in field.
• Minimum 3+ years in electrical supervisory role.
• Five to ten years related experience in construction industry.
• 2-5 years experience in Semiconductor Construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC, IEEE, NEMA, NFPA, NETA codes and standards.
• Safety sensitive position requiring strict standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize activities for construction projects with superintendents and foremen.
• Discuss work procedures, complaints, and construction problems with supervisors.
• Record and organize documentation for electrical installations' implementation, maintenance and effectiveness.
• Formulate reports on progress, costs and scheduling.
• Inspect and test electrical systems.
• Track materials received and used to complete the project.
• Communicate with subcontractors, staff and owner representatives to facilitate activities.
• Represent customer in project meetings and strategy sessions.
• Provide project engineering management for current projects including Office Area Controls upgrades.
• Answer technical questions during project execution.
• Ensure OAT/FAT processes meet expectations.
• Review OAT documentation and conduct FATs on behalf of customer.
• Review with System Owner and provide technical verification of hardware and configuration of installations per design documents
