Job summary

MSR-FSR in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical teams on semiconductor fabrication projects, ensuring quality control, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 10+ years of electrical experience, 3+ years in supervision, and strong coordination with subcontractors, engineering staff, and the owner’s representatives to verify installations meet design and performance requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years verifiable electrical experience in field
• 3+ years in Electrical supervisory role
• Five to ten years related experience in the construction industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-5 years experience in the Semiconductor Construction industry
• Extensive knowledge of relevant Codes and Standards (NEC, IEEE, NEMA, NFPA, NETA)
• This is a safety sensitive position; ability to maintain the appropriate standards is required

Responsibilities

• Plan, and organize activities concerned with construction projects
• Confer with supervisors and foremen to discuss work procedures, complaints and construction problems
• Record and organize all necessary documentation to memorialize the implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the Electrical installations
• Formulate reports concerning work progress, costs and scheduling
• Inspect and test systems
• Track, manage, and monitor supplies and materials received and used to complete the project
• Work with subcontractors, superintendents, office staff, engineering staff, consultants, and owner's representatives to facilitate project activities
• Represent customer in project meetings and attend strategy meetings
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for all aspects of Electrical Systems
• Provide Project Engineering management of current projects including Office Area Controls upgrades
• Answering questions of a technical nature during project execution
• Ensure equipment and overall system OAT/FAT process meets expectations
• Review with System Owner and provide technical verification of hardware and configuration of installations per design documents
• Review OAT documentation and conduct FATs on behalf of customer
