The candidate should have 3–5 years of construction coordination experience in industrial/semiconductor settings and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Safety and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction project coordination experience in large-scale industrial/semiconductor settings.
• Must have previous semiconductor construction experience.
• Flexible, detail-oriented team player able to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to run complex meetings with multiple attendees, document minutes, and follow up for deliverables.
• Organized with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage field activities, supervise installation & qualification work by mechanical subcontractors.
• Meet and coordinate with third-party special inspectors.
• Work with subcontractors to keep the project on time and within budget.
• Mentor assistant project managers and field personnel.
• Ensure permits, licenses and inspections are in place.
• Oversee HVAC, fire protection, process systems and related plant work.
• Run schedule control, progress reporting, and ensure quality requirements.
• Assist in turnover, test and inspection documentation.
