Job summary

MSR-FSR in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a Process Superintendent to join our team on an active construction site in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise field installation and qualification work by mechanical subcontractors, while coordinating with inspectors to maintain project timelines and budgets.

You will mentor assistant project managers and field personnel, ensure permits and inspections are in place, and oversee subcontractors for High Purity, Process, and Mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction project coordination experience in large-scale industrial/semi conductor settings.
• Previous semiconductor construction experience is required.
• Flexible, detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to run complex meetings with multiple attendees, document minutes promptly, and follow up.
• Organized with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor assistant project managers and other field personnel, focusing on meeting customer needs throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure all permits, licenses and inspections are in place.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure installations for High Purity, Process, and Mechanical systems.
• Plant includes Fire Protection, Process Cooling Water, HVAC, Plant Air Systems, Secondary Chilled water with Heat exchangers, Acid Waste drains, Slurry Copper Waste Tank installations.
• Perform schedule control, progress measurement and reporting and ensure installations meet quality requirements.
• Comply with user requirements and document acceptance criteria.
• Assist in gathering turnover, test and inspection documentation.
