MSR-FSR in Chandler, AZ is seeking an organized Construction/Engineering field coordinator to support project teams on semiconductor sites. You will review 2D drawings, coordinate inspections, and maintain daily activity reports while partnering with contractors to keep schedules tight and safe.

Candidates should read one-line diagrams, follow procedures, and have MS Office skills; a BS in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred and 2+ years of semiconductor experience is required.

Formación

• Ability to read one-line diagrams and system drawings.
• Must follow proper methods, procedures, and safety precautions.
• Must have MS Office skills.
• AS or BS in Construction Management/Engineering preferred.
• Must have 2+ years semiconductor experience.

Responsabilidades

• Uploading documents to software.
• Scheduling updates.
• Review of documentation.
• Compiling and assembling systems manuals.
• Field walkdowns.
• Training on systems and equipment.
• Reviewing 2D drawings (PNiD's) for electrical, mechanical, and architectural trades.
• Daily reports containing manpower counts and activities of projects you are overseeing.
• Oversee daily inspections from trades on their equipment.
• Review packages and know it inside and out.
• Schedule meetings and alignments.
• Track move in and out schedules of equipment and manpower.
• Work closely with the contractors' superintendents to identify and mitigate logistical challenges.
• Extensive integration and communication with numerous vendors and trades in multiple disciplines.
• Resolve conflicts between trades.
• Make sure the superintendent has plans and supplies going forward into a project.
• Take meeting minutes.
• Safety coordination with trade partners.
• Organize field walks with owners/trades.
• Filling out permits as needed.
