Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a results-driven Owner’s Rep Mechanical Superintendent to monitor and provide expertise in mechanical construction on large-scale infrastructure projects. As the owner’s representative on site, you will oversee HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems while upholding safety, quality, and schedule standards.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical construction leadership, with a strong background in executing field work and coordinating trades on complex builds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction with superintendent or lead supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day mechanical construction activities on site, overseeing HVAC, piping, and plumbing installations.
• Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, labor, and equipment.
• Review of mechanical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve field-level conflicts or issues.
• Partner with electrical and general construction teams to ensure trade coordination.
• Lead site safety efforts and enforce safety protocols.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and system turnover.
• Provide progress reports and communicate risks and constraints proactively.
