Job summary

Rogers Electric in Abilene, TX, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead onsite electrical teams on commercial and industrial projects. You will supervise foremen, coordinate field activities, and ensure safety and quality on every site.

The role requires 15–20 years of electrical experience, ability to travel to sites, and strong collaboration with project managers and general contractors. Procore and MS Office skills are preferred; OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid are a plus.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Experience leading foremen and field crews on construction sites.
• Extensive electrical expertise including new construction and remodel installations.
• Strong mentoring and collaboration with project teams.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite electrical superintendent/foremen oversight.
• Travel to work sites with onsite leadership and quality control.
• Coach foremen on job reviews and budgets.
• Interface with project managers to address manpower/materials.
• Oversee foremen and crews, scheduling and forecasting.
