Job summary

Rogers Electric in the United States is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead onsite electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects.

The role requires travel to multiple sites, strong leadership, and hands-on oversight of safety, quality, schedules, and coordination with project managers and foremen.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience.
• Previous superintendent experience leading foremen and field crews on construction job sites.
• Extensive electrical expertise including new construction and remodel installations, job planning, blueprint reading, conduit installation, wiring, device termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to mentor and direct foremen and construction electricians.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and company leadership.
• OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required with willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Your Day-to-Day:

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Ability to efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials on job sites
  Experience with Procore preferred; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• Valid driver’s license required with willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and overtime
