Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent, Mission Critical, for our El Paso, TX project portfolio. You will lead safety culture, manage subcontractors, oversee QA/QC, develop robust work plans, and monitor schedule and cost performance on critical facilities like data centers and semiconductor projects.

You will coordinate with owners, design teams, and internal groups, drive safety and quality, and mentor field personnel while delivering complex projects on time and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of construction experience with supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and incident investigations on site.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee project staff, safety, QA/QC, and cost control.
• Develop work plans and project schedule with the PM.
• Coordinate site logistics, equipment, and material needs.
• Lead progress meetings and owner/architect communications.
