Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction (commercial/industrial).
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage teams of subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and safety.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and team members.
• Site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure timelines and quality.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain client and vendor relationships.
• Manage project budgets to keep within budget.
